Refund Policy & TOS

Satisfaction:

1. Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price of the plants we sell. Any unsatisfactory plants must be returned within 7 days. We can not be responsible for the health of the plants beyond this time period. We give no guarantee, either written or implied, as to productivity of the stock offered.

2. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Please keep original box and mailing label.

 

Terms of Sale

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay-Pal. For your protection, all credit card information sent online is received in our secure sight. After processing your information, Waldor Orchids safely disposes of any credit card information that has been received. We ship all orders with just an invoice number.

Ordering:

1. To Ensure the health of the plants, we reserve the right to switch shipping carry if necessary.
2. As a courtesy, we insure all shipments at no cost to our customers.
3. All internet orders must be placed online. If you have any questions, you can email us at here or call and ask for Web Sales (609) 927-4126
4. Many selections from our classic collection are limited.
5. Plants will be shipped out-of-bloom and usually bare root unless we specify other wise. Plants can be shipped in pot upon special request.
6. All New Jersey residents will be charged 7% New Jersey State Sales Tax.
7. Weather permitting all orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the week following the placement of the order. Please contact us via phone (609) 927-4126 if shipping date must be change. Extra charge may apply.
8. Although we will take all precautions to avoid severe weather conditions, kindly let us know if the weather in your area does not appear to be conducive to shipping.
9. Buyer is responsible for supplying Waldor Orchids with their up-to-date address when placing an order. Otherwise, merchandise will be returned at buyer's expense.

Shipping, Packing and Handling:

1. We ship using the following methods:

US Express Mail: for overnight shipping (usually overnight, but occasionally 2-day service). This is highly recommended if there is any question regarding the weather.

US Priority Mail: to arrive 2-3 days with shipping confirmation.

UPS and FEDEX: available especially for larger and heavier packages. Contact us for special arrangements and pricing.

2. Shipping via US Mail, UPS, and Fed Ex will be charged at actual cost.

3. If heat packs are necessary during the winter months, a fee of $2.00 each pack will be charged. Heat packs are not to be reused and should be discarded after opening your shipment.
