1. General Use

• Gift Cards do not expire.
• Gift Cards are valid in the country and currency in which they were purchased.
• Gift Cards purchased on waldor.com, waldor.net, waldororchids.com, or orchidnerd.com are redeemable across those sites.
• Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. This includes state law requirements for low balance cash redemption, which vary by jurisdiction.
• Gift Cards are not re-sellable. Orders for Gift Cards cannot be canceled, refunded, or updated after purchase.

2. Redemption

• Purchases are limited to the available balance. The full amount of each transaction, including taxes, is deducted from the balance.
• If the purchase exceeds the balance, the remainder must be paid with a valid credit or debit card.
• Any unused balance remains on the Gift Card account and is not transferable.
• E-Gift Cards are usually delivered within minutes. Delivery may take up to 4 hours on weekdays and up to 12 hours on weekends due to payment processing and fraud prevention.

3. Risk of Loss

• Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient.
• Waldor Orchids is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Safeguard Gift Cards as you would cash.
• If available, retain the original email or register the Gift Card online to track balances.

4. Restrictions

• Gift Cards may not be resold or used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or promotional purposes.
• Funds may only be used in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
• We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors related to Gift Card offers and may cancel orders arising from such errors.

5. Fraud and Misuse

• If fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected, we may suspend or terminate the Gift Card without notice.
• Waldor Orchids may provide purchasers with information about Gift Card redemption status.

6. Ownership of Funds

The funds associated with a Gift Card, including unredeemed balances, remain the property of Waldor Orchids Inc. until redeemed.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with Gift Cards is handled in accordance with the Waldor Orchids Privacy Policy. We may obtain and use personal information to service Gift Cards, respond to inquiries, or prevent fraud.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlantic County, New Jersey.

10. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete agreement regarding Gift Cards and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral. All terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
