     New Zealand Sphagnum Moss is superior to the Chilean and U.S. varieties.  It is long-fibered and clean, not containing any dead leaves, twigs or other debris.  It is outstanding for compots and moisture-loving orchids like Catesetum, Coryanthes, Cycnoches, Dracula, Masdevallia, Mormodes and Phalaenopsis.
