This plant produces large, burnt orange flowers with a dark lip that has yellows eyes from the center. The plant produces huge leaves. The latest flowering on the mother plant here at Waldor had 5 flowers on one spike. The plant in this picture shows the flower just before is was about to finish and the petals are leaning forward but this is typically a flatter flower.
